Omni Key Hub is owned and operated by OMNI KEY ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company – Single Owner (LLC-SO), duly licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

All payments, billing descriptors, invoices, and transaction records shall reference OMNI KEY ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C as the legal merchant of record.

2. Acceptance of Terms

     6. Digital Products, Delivery & Fulfillment

     Omni Key Hub provides digital products, including software licenses,  and digital subscriptions.

     • Delivery is performed electronically via email, customer account dashboard, or on-screen display after successful payment confirmation.

     • Delivery is typically immediate but may be delayed for verification purposes.

     • No physical goods are shipped.

     Once a digital product or activation key has been delivered, revealed, or accessed, the order is deemed fully fulfilled.

     7. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

     Due to the nature of digital products:

     • All sales are final once the digital product or activation key has been delivered or accessed.

     • Refunds or exchanges are only permitted where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical failure attributable solely to the product supplied by Omni Key Hub.

     Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting customer support. Abuse of chargeback mechanisms may result in account suspension and legal action.

     8. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

     To comply with payment gateway and card-scheme requirements, OMNI KEY ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C reserves the right to:

     • Request additional verification information.

     • Delay, cancel, or suspend transactions flagged as suspicious.

     • Restrict or terminate access where fraudulent activity is suspected.

       9. User Submissions
